Sunday AM
In order to ensure that all our services are secure and stable,
every Sunday AM is a server maintenance window for any non-essential
server updates. During this time a server may be rebooted
or brought briefly offline for maintenance. If a server does have
to be patched we anticipate only a 5-8 minute period where the server
will be unavailable.

Step 1 Check the PulseHosting
FAQ, as you may find the answer to your query already
posted here.
Step 2 Contact us directly through the PulseHosting
HelpDesk. Be sure to provide as much detail about your
query/problem as you can. Please DO NOT send more than one
ticket about the same issue, as this will only slow us down.
If you resolve your query/problem yourself, ensure that you
close your ticket so as not to take up the support staffs
time unnecessarily.
Please do not report your site down unless it has been so
for more than six minutes, which is the maximum time of a
server reboot.
